What this directory is

Klang Valley Chiropractor Guide is an independent directory covering 56 chiropractor businesses across Klang Valley. It exists for anyone trying to shortlist a chiropractor without wading through dozens of tabs: someone with a bad back looking for a clinic near Petaling Jaya, a new resident in Subang who has never picked a chiropractor in Malaysia before, or someone comparing a few clinics before booking a consultation.

We are not the clinics themselves, and we are not a booking platform. We are a comparison resource built on public data, kept up to date on a fixed schedule, and organized around a set of rules we publish rather than hide.

How listings get built

Every profile starts from public business information (address, hours, services, contact details) paired with a synthesis of recent Google reviews for that business. We do not copy or republish review text. Instead we read the pattern of recent feedback and summarise what it suggests about consistency, service quality, and reputation, then link out to the business’s Google listing so you can read the original reviews yourself.

A business owner can ask us to correct factual details, such as a wrong phone number, an outdated address, or incorrect operating hours. What an owner cannot do is edit their own score, sentiment summary, or ranking position. Those come only from the data and the rubric, and they stay independent of anyone’s preference for how they’d like to appear.

How rankings are earned

Rankings are calculated from a published rubric, laid out in full on our methodology page. It scores things like review consistency, responsiveness signals, and how current a listing’s information is. Nothing about a business’s placement can be bought. Sponsorship, when it appears on a page, is clearly labelled “Sponsored,” displayed in its own separate section, and never mixed into or allowed to influence the earned ranking below it.

Where enquiries go

Klang Valley Chiropractor Guide is an independent directory and comparison resource, and we also help connect readers to care. If you ask to be matched with a chiropractor, we pass your enquiry to providers relevant to your request, and we may receive a referral fee for that introduction. This never touches scores or rankings; the arrangement is disclosed on the quote page itself, and it works the same way regardless of which provider ends up hearing from you.

Who is behind it

This directory is published by Meridian Guides, an independent publisher that has produced city directories for everyday services across Malaysia since 2025. Meridian Guides focuses on helping Klang Valley residents find chiropractors they can trust, using the same published, non-payable scoring method across every city guide it runs. Editorial oversight of the rankings sits with Janice, Editor, who maintains the rubric and reviews how listings are scored.

Data across the directory is refreshed monthly, and each listing carries a “last verified” stamp so you can see exactly when it was last checked, rather than taking freshness on faith.
