Terms of use

These terms apply to Klang Valley Chiropractor Guide, an independent directory of chiropractor businesses in Klang Valley published by Meridian Guides. Every score on the site is computed from public review data using one published rubric (see scoring method); no business pays to be listed or scored. Using the site means you accept these terms.

No endorsement

Listings and scores are information, not an endorsement or a recommendation. Business details can change faster than any directory updates, so confirm the specifics (availability, pricing, credentials, insurance) directly with a business before engaging it. We work to keep the data accurate but do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.

Enquiries and referral fees

We may pass your enquiry to a listed business or a partner, and we may be paid a referral fee when that happens. Referral fees have no effect on scores or rankings, which come from the published rubric applied to public review data and cannot be bought or adjusted.

Listing corrections and removals

Corrections, score disputes, and removal requests for listed businesses are handled through the listing policy, which sets out what qualifies and how to submit a request.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site and contact listed businesses through it for genuine enquiries. You may not scrape or republish the compiled directory content, submit false or misleading enquiries through the forms, interfere with the site’s operation, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Content ownership

Editorial content, scores, and the compiled directory are the property of Meridian Guides. We do not claim ownership of the public reviews the analysis is derived from (those remain with their authors), nor of any business name or trademark that appears in a listing.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Meridian Guides is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from reliance on the information in it, or from your dealings with any business you find through it. Your agreement with a business you engage is between you and that business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page, with the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions about them can go to hello@meridianguides.my.
